Ben Johnson provides a range of intellectual property services including patent prosecution, licensing, and litigation. Mr. Johnson has successfully obtained patent protection for clients in a variety of technical fields, including circuit design, computer memory, semiconductor processing, computer security, optical networking, software engineering, electronic commerce, telecommunications, signal processing, and financial services.

Mr. Johnson has also represented clients in technology disputes in federal courts, the International Trade Commission, and the Patent Trial & Appeal Board at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.

Industry Experience

Mr. Johnson previously served as an in-house patent counsel at a large semiconductor company. Prior to law school, Mr. Johnson was a project manager for a financial services software company.
