Eric Grabski specializes in patents and intellectual property law and routinely engages with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  Mr. Grabski’s practice focuses on patent acquisition and strategic intellectual property counseling. He manages complex patent prosecution dockets in a wide variety of technologies including computer systems, network management and software, electronics, consumer products, and medical devices. He prepares and prosecutes patent applications concerning a wide range of technologies including: web-based applications, medical devices, integrated circuit fabrication, electronic financial trading platforms, gaming/gambling products, credit card products and services, consumer products and technologies, and business methods. His experience also covers patent due diligence and audits, patent mining and mapping, and counseling clients regarding complex portfolio management.

Previously, Mr. Grabski was Counsel in the Intellectual Property Department at King & Spalding LLP, an AmLaw 50 firm.  Prior to joining K&S, Mr. Grabski was associated with the Intellectual Property Department at the international law firm of Baker Botts, LLP.
